Pat brings more than 25 years of expertise and leadership experience in BD development, corporate (market) strategy, capture management, proposal development, technical writing, BD processes, pricing, and acquisitions. Pat served in senior leadership positions with multiple, publicly traded Government contractors, managing Federal Civilian, DOD and IC portfolios and sales pipelines. She was instrumental in winning $7B+ in single award new business. She facilitates the turnaround of small businesses’ BD organizations; develops BD process handbooks; tailors client capture training. As Vice President of BD and Marketing and Corporate Officer, Pat grew company from $150M to $320M in less than 5 years; added 10 new clients; entered IC market; planned account strategy to penetrate and expand business in every account; captured several $500-900M multi-year contracts; increased win rate and won “Must Win” priority opportunities; managed talented BD Directors and organization; instituted new Account Strategy and BD infrastructure across the company. She is an expert on Federal Government procurement life cycle, strategy creation, capture, RFP/RFA/BAA requirements, contract types, and pricing strategies. As proposal manager, she led 200+ proposal task order bids, established proposal resource centers and dramatically improved proposal processes and tools at several firms. As capture manager, she designed and implemented capture processes that raised firm’s win rate significantly. She oversaw captures with win rates of more than 90% for large award contracts. Served as capture coach on dozens of pursuits for consulting clients. Within strategy, marketing, and pipeline development, she supported development of global multi-donor health strategy for major government contractor and facilitated corporate strategy development for international division. She also led account management that spurred three-fold growth of new markets. He trained 200+ adult students for IT certifications, developing courses for CCENT, CCNA, Net+, and Security+. He was the primary proposal writer for Army opportunities and technical writer for all networking opportunities across business sectors.
